t/Space doesn't get it at all. If they really want to win a NASA contract they can't go around proposing ideas that are actually pratically possible and then back it up by doing real testing with real hardware.
If they really want to win a contract they should take all the money they get and produce mindless pointless reports, and propose designs that are impossible to construct or as Al Gore put it "more technically challenging." That seems to be the recipe for NASA's previous contracting awards...
