I find it strange that they want to focus on global issues, tax-cuts, and the environment. Because the last budget seemed to focus more on military spending, piddly tax-cuts, and a new National Daycare program.
The truth is that these might be Martin's priorities today, but Mr. Dithers could easily change his mind tommorow.
